SRDPL Quality First Policy
- 1) SRDPL believes in “DO IT RIGHT, FIRST TIME’.
- 2) SRDPL is committed to achieve & maintain excellence in its execution & services through an established “Quality Management System” (QMS).
- 3) Everyone in SRDPL is responsible & accountable to satisfy the quality procedure to client as per the contractual agreement & QMS.
- 4) SRDPL top management is committed to develop team competence, creativity, empowerment to maintain the quality in execution.
- 5) The management will also do the periodic review of Quality Policy. SRDPL will take necessary steps to communicate Quality Policy to all employees for implementation.
- 6) Execution with Quality & Speed is the main objective of SRDPL.
Preventive Measures
- 1) Before build, specifications are cross checked.
- 2) Every build is checked before moving further in execution.
- 3) Post build its verified against specifications given by architect.
- 4) Daily quality checks are conducted by Project manager.
- 5) Summarised Quality report is send to HO every week.
- 6) Issues are discussed between PM, Project Co-ordinator and Quality officer.
- 7) Quality department directly reports to HO to avoid delays.
- 8) We make sure that Cost of quality is kept minimum.
